If you want to be healthy you should start now.
Check the ingredients of each food you put into your mouth. Don't eat anything that comprises artificial colors and preservatives.
Don't eat any milk products, meat or eggs. Take B12 vitamin if you don't eat animal products.
Eat a lot of vegetables and avoid using sugar.
Drink at least 8 glasses of water or herb tea.
Researches show that people who don't eat any animal products and eat a lot of vegetables do not have cancer.
Avoid frying food. frying causes cancer and increases the fats in the blood, causing heart desease.
The above rules are good for everybody. First, clean your body and then try and see what is exactly good for you out of the vegetables and fruits that are considered healty. You should be the best doctor of yourself.
